- Criston Completes Ready for Tivoli Validation for Criston Precision. IBM validated Criston Precision after the solution adopted self-managing autonomic technologies from IBM’s Autonomic Computing Toolkit and integrated with the Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC).

- Criston acquires ActiveSentryTM technology and solutions developed by Intranode. With this acquisition, Criston is taking the first step toward converging systems and security administration that will allow retail partners and integrators to provide a better solution to market needs with an integrated offer.

- Criston launches Vulnerability Manager,a security management solution that proves Criston’s commitment to helping organizations ensure convergence between systems and security management.

- Criston announces Marc Vaillant as its new CEO. He is in charge of Criston’s expansion in Europe and worldwide, in the fast growing desktop management market.
